Upon purchasing the training module and when you are confident, you can take the examination by clicking the “Quiz” button on the training module page itself. Upon passing the quiz you will be able to view and print your certificate, either on the training module page itself or in the “Certificates” tab under the “My account” toolbar.

You will need to answer 4 out of 5 questions correctly in order to pass the examination, but you can take the examination as times as needed in order to pass.

If you have any questions or want to leave feedback regarding a training module, you can do this by using the “Feedback /Comments” box on the training module page itself and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your questions and feedback is very important to us to ensure that our training modules are as good as they can be, and are easily understandable by a diverse user base.
