Q: What is the difference between a Regular and a Super user?

A Regular user has their own personal account. They can purchase credits for training modules and view the purchased training modules whenever they want. Upon finishing a training module they can take a short examination to make sure they have really learnt the module and get a certificate for passing it.

A Super user can do all the same things as the Regular user but also has the option to register sub-accounts under the same company account, allowing them to share credits with sub-accounts. Ideal for a manager who can register all of his/her employees under the super account and send them credits whenever needed to purchase a training module.

Q: How much do credits cost?

Credits are now free of charge!

Q: How do I purchase credits?

This function is disabled, all modules are now free!

Q: How do I take an examination and receive my Certificate?

Upon purchasing the training module and when you are confident, you can take the examination by clicking the "Take Test" button on the training module page itself. Upon passing the exam you will be able to view and print your certificate, either on the training module page itself or in the "My certificates" tab under the "My account" toolbar.

Q. How many questions do I need to answer correctly in order to pass the examination?

You will need to answer 4 out of 5 questions correctly in order to pass the examination, but you can take the examination as times as needed in order to pass.

Q. How do I ask a question or give feedback regarding a certain training module?

If you have any questions or want to leave feedback regarding a training module, you can do this by using the "Feedback /Comments" box on the training module page itself and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your questions and feedback is very important to us to ensure that our training modules are as good as they can be, and are easily understandable by a diverse user base.

Q. What shall I do if I require one-to-one training or on-site training?

If you require one-to-one or on-site training we would be happy to speak with you to discuss the best approach for you. Please contact us with what kind of training you would like to receive and when you want it.

Q. I cannot log into my account, what should I do?

If you have forgotten you password please use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password. If you still cannot log in then please contact us with your problem and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q. What is your refund policy for unspent credits?

Any unspent credits can be reclaimed by the individual who purchased the credits. Please contact us with your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
